Para la libertad recreates, on stage, the life and work of the poet and, for this, uses Serrat’s music as the engine that drives the plot, to create a global spectacle that combines the finest textual theater with live interpretation of the songs from that historical record: Las nanas de la cebolla, La elegía a Ramón Sijé, Llegó con tres heridas or El niño yuntero, among others. With the support and advice of Joan Manuel Serrat himself, Okapi Producciones Teatrales presents this work that will manage to excite the viewer by taking him on an exciting journey through the culture and history of our twentieth century, in which a group of actors and musicians will recreate the life of the poet with the beauty of his language and the mastery of the music of maestro Serrat, the genius who has put the soundtrack of our lives to several generations of Spain and the Americas.
