The government wants to close the well that is the source of wealth for Villanueva de la Faca, a small town on the borders of a large Natural Park.
But Julián, the newly elected mayor, wants to legalise it to fulfil his electoral promise, so he devises a plan to ensure that no one can prevent the extraction of water from the park: a Marian apparition.
