“A story of love, of passions to the limit and of action, set in the imaginary port of Cantabreda. Three old pirate smugglers, Juan de Eguia, Walter Simpson and Verdier from Marseille, who meet again at the twilight of their adventurous lives, find themselves involved in a very murky affair. Marola, the tavern owner, shares business and “something else” with Juan de Eguia. Her charms drive the local men crazy. But above all and especially to Leandro, a reckless fisherman who is not intimidated by anything or anyone.”
