Malditas Plumas

In Malditas Plumas we go through different episodes in the life of a character, played by Sol Picó, in a journey that moves between tenderness and decadence. In this play, the audience learns the story of this vedette of the Paralelo and shares her memories, experiences, experiences… or did she never become one and are her dreams, her vital projections, her unfulfilled desires? It is perhaps a great delirium which, although it transports us to a very specific place and time, also connects us with the most human and, therefore, the most universal feelings: the fear of death, of degradation, of loss… of disappearing.

Inspired by the Spanish revue genre and its picaresque, this play plays with transformation, audience interaction and the confusion between fiction and reality, always with the irony and sense of humour that characterise Sol Picó’s language.
