To celebrate the 25th anniversary of her own company, Sara Baras presents ‘Vuela’; a show in tribute to the quintessential guitar master: Paco de Lucía. Devised from the respect, affection and love that both shared, this show has been created to be unforgettable, to transport us once again to that magical world that only Sara Baras is capable of creating. Facing the responsibility of paying tribute to the genius of Algeciras, this choreographic journey is composed of 15 unique pieces that revolve around a word; thus creating, with our flamenco language, words in movement. A fascinating journey divided into four acts, each of which weaves a powerful narrative: “Wood”, which reminds us of the strength of roots and the warmth of being; “Sea”, which invites us to navigate in passion and be like water; “Death”, a way to explore human emotions from the depths and “Fly”, the only way to escape without running, simply letting ourselves be carried away by celebration and joy: an opportunity that only music, dance and feelings they can give us.
